Basically, you have your store within our Downtown Whitehall mainstreet 4500 square foot location. We take care of marketing, scheduling, sales supplies and paying the heat and light bills, 7 days per week. You take care of you own inventory and pricing, pay a set rent plus 10% of your sales, watch your square footage rented and work Five 3.5 hour shifts per month in the store as a Hokey Pokey salesperson. No lifetime committment required, just 30 day notice is appreciated to leave.

You can consign furniture items at Colbys Hokey Pokey for 30 days, after which the mutually agreeable price is reduced if not sold.
We only take pristine clean, not worn, working pieces in the best possible condition for a used piece by appointment only.
A check is written to you at the end of the month in which it sells for 50% of the selling price. Simply pick up your check at the first of the month. Sorry no table top or small items are consigned, they are reserved for Hokey Pokey Tenants.
